Tracking Your Order

Need to Update Your Address?
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately after placing your order.

Free reshipment: We will resend your order at no extra cost once the corrected address is confirmed
Refund: You may request a refund once the parcel has returned to us. Handling fees may apply depending on circumstances
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused at delivery or remains unclaimed and is returned to our facility, you may choose:
Free reshipment after address confirmation
A refund minus a 15% restocking fee to cover initial shipping and handling costs
